I have been doing hair for over 20 years. I have assisted and learned under many stylists and attended many classes. I have learned Sassoon, Pivot Point, TIGI, Arrojo, Wella, and many many more methods and of cutting and working over the years. I have worked on time management, I have worked as commission, I have rented, I have been in a studio, I have worked on location, I have been booked by agencies, I have worked for corporate and I have owned my own salon and provided space for both renters and commission stylists as well as trained assistants and apprentices. I have learned a lot along the way and want to share so you don’t have to do everything the hard way first.
I will share business knowledge, Personal connection tips, Hair tips for daily home styling, and for the stylist behind the chair.
This is called “in the chair” with Crystal because you will get all the info that happens when sitting in my chair and standing behind it.
What makes me different than others …
Nothing. And Everything.
We are all different. Everyone learns differently. Everyone teaches or explains things differently. A wonderful, amazing, perfect person for one, is the worst for another. (this is true in every aspect of life. Don’t judge yourself so hard) I will not be liked, or understood by all. There may be some of you that think I am wrong. Maybe I am. I promise you I am not wrong about everything. I will share what has worked for me and what has not and what I still don’t know. Please feel free to ask, share, or teach to me too.
I am big on analogies. I will describe something simply, and hopefully in a way you will understand it. There is a quote by Albert Einstein that says “if you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough.” I agree.

Come to a class in the salon and get to be a part of the process. Most classes are 3 hours and are very conversational. Topics are preplanned and timed to cover each focus. Every class is different based upon your wants, needs, and input. For more detailed classes choose the "cocktail" topic classes !!

All classes are recorded and edited and have pdf notes for reference. It's not the same as sharing a coffee or a cocktail together, but you will get the point all the same. Available individually or in package bundles

Access all previous class videos and notes anytime, as well as get monthly mentoring and goal setting sessions with Crystal.

In person (or zoom) one on one, 3 hour session, to ask anything business related. Planning, growing, formulating, problem solving, accounting, retiring, etc.
